Accessories for transportation theme?

We decided to go with this bedding for Baby Boy #2:

The only problem is that the only thing that is sold is the 4 piece set ... no accessories! Anyone seen anything cute that follows the transportation theme that would look good with this bedding?

Also, anyone think I am going to completely regret getting bedding this cheap? We love it to pieces, but I was surprised at how cheap it is compared to the others.

    I LOVE that bedding.  We settled with the ABC 123 series at Babies R Us because I wanted it to be gender neutral.  However, I have seen things, such as mobiles and rugs at Target & Kmart that would go with this set.
