The baby makes my face break out and do crazy stuff! The ONLY foundation I have found that doesn't make
my face look greasy or break it out is Bare Minerals! I LOVE it but the
club is kinda expensive...I'm searching for the best deal...
So if you use it-where do you buy yours & how much is it??
If you have found something similar to it that works as well... what is it??
Thanks for the help!!
Re: Bare Minerals...
I LOVEEEEEE Bare Minerals. You can get it on QVC.com and actually it is sold on Ebay as well. I have bought a couple things from Ebay and they were brand new and definitely saved me a couple bucks.
Unfortunately, the store coupons don't work for Bare Minerals. I have seen the foundation on sale once in the past year.
I do use it and love it! We have a store in our area and I get a little card that gets stamped and when it's full I get a discount. QVC or HSN also have good deals and offer stuff that you just can't get in the stores (like extra brushes and such). Ulta is another place and they usually have a $3.50 coupon or 20% coupon in their ads. However sometimes they restrict the 20% off on the good stuff.
Pre-pregnancy I found this was the only thing that allowed my skin to clear up. It is an investment, but a little does go a long way and I found it was worth it!
I buy mine at Ulta too. I have been using this stuff for years and it is the ONLY thing that doesnt caus me to break out.
Also HSN.com has specials they run as well.
Ditto pp's.
I just buy the foundation for $25 at Ulta. I never purchased the starter kit and I think you can get away without it just using a good quality brush. The kit has other items (like a bronzer and Mineral Veil, I think?) but I don't find those necessary.
Also, note if you buy at Ulta - NONE of the coupons work on "prestige cosmetics" (AKA Bare Minerals.)
I swear by the stuff.

I buy mine at Sephora and although it does SEEM sort of expensive it lasts forever!!! So it really works out to be one of the cheaper make-ups I've used in the past.
Everyday minerals
it's essentially the same thing, only cheaper.
And you can get samples to try it out for free
I was a makeup artist for BE for 2 years and now do strickly freelance(so I have use every type of makeup you can imagine) and I agree for everyday it is the best. $25 is the standard for the individual foundation weither you go to a BE boutique, Ulta or Sephora. However, if you have a BE boutique close to you it would benefit you to go there and get a bonus card and you can save that way and for your bday month you get a discount and they send out friends and family discounts. As for sales they don't really do that unfortunatly.
