I searched on google and could not come up with any info on any studios in center city or south philly area that offer fitness classes for pregnant women. Has anyone gone to a good class and where. tia!

Lithe Method Pilates has a prenatal pilates class and the studio is located in Rittenhouse. I've been going there for about 1 1/2 years and its a great studio with fantastic instructors!

Check out www.bellypilates.com. Kelly is great and has classes at various spots around the Main Line ... and possibly Philly? I believe she is the only person in the tri state area certified specifically in pre and post natal pilates.
