    I'm looking to buy cheap fabric to send to an Etsy seller who makes Bumbo covers.  Preferably cotton.

    I would think Wal-Mart (the store that will not be named). But you can find a lot of sales at Joann's and other fabric stores at times. I've never shopped for fabric online but I bet there are a lot of places with cheap fabric. Just depends on how much and what kind I guess!
