What changed AFTER you had the baby?

Ever since I had DS I have been getting hives all of the time! I get em on my face, my legs, my back. Then I itch them so much that I end up with by welts. I don't understand it!

Weird! That sucks!

For me I've noticed my immune system is pretty much shot. I used to NEVER get sick. Now I'm getting every little thing that is going around. Not sure if it's due to breastfeeding, or just because I gave birth or something? Who knows, but a few of my friends also noticed the winter after having a baby they were sick more than usual. I'm looking forward to this winter being over!

I am always gassy no matter what I eat. I think my intestines are not going back in the right spot or something. Numerous other unmentionables that are way TMI.

I'd call your doc, that doesn't sound right. Have you started taking any new medicines, using a different lotion, soap etc. Because it sounds like an allergic reaction to me.

I'm alot ALOT worse at remembering things. Some days I literally won't remember anything unless I write it down. It's sleep deprivation, but still, as someone used to being able to remember the right answer or the right response or what's on her calendar, it's really hard on me.

The other day I was talking to the partner about a client and forgot MID-sentence what I was saying. I apologized and stood silently for a moment, remembered, and finished my sentence. EMbarassing!!

I know this is sort of TMI but I now have to take Metamucil everyday because I get so constipated. I never was before or during my pregnancy. I was very regular. Now my #2 is all funked up.
