Nice RE sucky STAFF.....hmph!!

Ok so I have an APPt this friday, since i am pretty new on this board i will quickly give u a history, i had a few iui's with clomid, one failed ivf and never a  pregnancy since my daughter 9 years ago.   I like my Dr. but i am not soo happy about the staff. I dont think they are warm,understanding,  or just genuine. I am a nurse so to see how some of them respond to me and other patients its just disturbing. We are starting another IVF if this FAILS, I will be changing my RE!! Ever had similar experiences??

    Not with my RE but definitely with my OB/GYN.  All the docs in the practice (besides one ) are fantastic and all the nursing staff ( besides one or two ) suck big time.  One even hung up on me because she didn't know what a CD 21 progesterone test was that I was trying to schedule. Um, isn't that part of your JOB!

    My Gynae is one of the best in the area.  I like him.  He has always done his best when it comes to my care and most of all I trust him.  That's why I don't move despite majority of the staff being crappy.

    That sucks. I've had a similar experience with my old family doctor. I LOVED her, but her staff made my visits horrible! I could only take so much for their rude, inconsiderate, unprofessional attitude, so I eventually changed doctors. I'm sorry you have to deal with that.

    I had an issue like this with my OB and I switched. I do recommend you let your doctor know why you are switching. They should be aware because I am sure you are not the only one that doesn't like it.?
