  Yeah, I wish I could afford to "downsize" to 10,000 sq. ft.

  The problem with big houses, it that you have to hire someone (or mulitple people) to clean it. I am lucky if I can keep our 1400 sq feet clean.

  O.M.G. That entry seriously reminds me of the lobby of the resort where we stayed in Hawaii for our HM!  The Chihuly is cool and 2 pools, wow! (Although I hate the taste of saltwater, so I'd change them to chlorinated probably.)  We're squeezed into our 1100 sq ft townhouse and trying to find a place with maybe 1300.  I can't even imagine.

  I could definitely get used to a closet like that... and the wine cellar... and 2 pools. ?Though, I would *not* keep the saltwater. ?That's just weird. ?And really? ?What the hell do two people need with 10500 sq ft?? ?

  I guess if you can afford the house, you can probably afford all the staff to maintain it. My friend's aunt and uncle are "downsizing" from 8,000 square feet to 5,000...yep, just the two of them. Crazy!
