Prenatal Yoga
HI Ladies,
Congratulations to everyone!!!!
I was wondering where I could take prenatal yoga classes? I am going to be giving birth at The Valley Hospital in Ridgewood NJ, but I live in Port Jervis Ny so I didn't want to go that far every week I was hoping for something a little closer. Does anyone have any recommendations?

i know of another program at st. anthonys community hospital in warwick, but thats still probably another 40 minutes from you. maybe give horton a call?

THanks....Im going to try St. Anthony's its about 30 min....white plains is about an hour for me though.
