dd got a small diamond pendant necklace.

ds got FP little people farm, tractor, boat sets, a wooden shape sorter set, and money for his account. I wanted something that he could keep forever but didnt' like anything that I could think up.. he definitely has a gold coin with his name on it (it was his great grandfather's)

Nothing but a card and a nice party. I'm a bad mom.

Really, he got so much for Christmas and got other stuff from grandparents, so I don't feel too bad. I was planning to get him a pull toy, but the grandparents went and stole that idea. So we didn't get him anything. He doesn't know the difference and honestly has way too much already. I want to get him a table and chairs soon, so I'll consider that his belated gift.

don't feel bad, we took ds to toysrus 3 wks after his birthday b/c I still couldn't come up with a good "forever" gift idea other than giving him one of the gold coins.... so we took him on a spree. (dd also got more play doh stuff on this run. lol)

besides, it's not like they will remember or even care. It was more for my mind that I felt the need to get something sentimental.

Her favorite gifts received were the Parents brand Bee Bop Band (a bunch of musical instruments in a drum). ?And a Playskool ride on toy that converts to a walk-behind toy. ? Oh, and puzzles that make animal noises. ?

DD got a ball pit (it's in the shape of a school bus and is fischer price), she got the bee bop band (by parents), a bouncy rocking horse by radio flyer, a radio flyer wagon, a little arm chair with her name on it from pottery barn kids, and then some other little toys. Not all of this was from me, btw.

He got a little power wheels 4-wheeler from the ils. We got him some books, puzzles, a piggy bank for his big boy room and a movie....nothing too fancy.

We got Nick an Anywhere Chair from PBK....he loves it!

We went with the bigger size, so he could use it longer. He also got tons of little people play sets, clothes, a piggy bank, which I thought was great, my parents got him a toy box (of course you know they put tons of toy in it! lol) and the inlaws got him Elmos live.

I got DS a pottery barn anywhere chair and a book from iseeme.com called My Very Own Name. I want to get him something else that he can open on his birthday, but I don't know what....I've spent alot of money on his party already and he just got alot of stuff for christmas.
