1 really effed up BG 3.0 - what to do?

I have one BG 3.0 that's in pretty bad shape.  The tabs are totally pulling away from the stretchy fabric they are sewn too.  I don't think we can use it anymore in this condition.  It's only 6 months old and is the only one that is doing this.  What can I do?  Does BG take it back?  I don't even think I would know how to fix this myself.  It's got to be some sort of defect.  It's been in regular rotation with the rest of my diapers and they are all fine (well, except the top stitching on one's velcro strip across the top of the diaper is coming undone, but I think I can fix that).

    Call and ask.  They have GREAT customer service!
