    Just mush it up in a bowl with some liquid to thin it out (I always used breast milk but you can certainly use formula or water).

    I just mashed it up....I never added anything to it to thin it...

    I actually whipped up with a hand mixer, with a bit of formula. Ethan is still on the fence with it, but we will try it again!

    I just cut it up into tiny little chunks.  Because it's soft it's the one thing that I was able to avoid having to mush. Wink
