  • I think that they have to be below 5 in order to ovulate. ?I know that I googled it one time and I think thats the answer I got...hope this helps!

  • Yes, you can.

Also, that transition period can be very fertile!  I was at the RE when my hcg was not yet 0, but less than 20, and they said that I had many mature follicles (which subsequently released when I O'd).  The low level of HCG acted like a fertility drug and stimulated multiple eggs to O.  Unfortunately, I wasn't allowed to take advantage of it that cycle (recovering from ectopic).

    GL!

  • I think you can, because I had my first AF before my numbers were at zero.

  • I have been wondering the same thing.  Even though I am still bleeding, I feel like I have had some O signs.  Although the medical background in me says it seems unlikely.  But, what I have learned from this board is doctors are often wrong and anything is possible both good and bad.
  • I am proof that it can happen lol. I doubt my #s were at 0 when I must have O'ed in order to get a BFP yesterday. So I would say yes, it's possible. GL!
  • I'm not sure if my #'s were at zero yet, but I ovulated and got pregnant with my daughter about 3 weeks after I had a miscarriage. ?I was taking my temp and used an ovulation kit. ?I had miscarried at 6 weeks 2 days and my doctor actually told me to wait 3 months to start trying again...I obviously didn't listen and now I have a beautiful and healthy 6 month old baby girl! ?I was so upset after the miscarriage and just didn't want to wait. ?Hope this helps!
