Pregnant after a Loss

Awful upper back pain

I've had it for three days now.  It starts in the afternoon and continues through the evening.  I generally stay away from pain relievers anyway, so I'm not really wanting to take anything now.  Anyone else have this problem and have any suggestions?  Maybe some time of stretch or something?

Re: Awful upper back pain

  • Hey, I noticed my upper back hurt today too. ?It wasn't too bad--I was thinking it was because my boobs are getting heavier? ?So I don't have any suggestions, but wanted to mention I've had it too.

I can't wait until we can share baby knitting projects! ?I finally finished Debbie Bliss's alphabet blanket and love it. ?It was a fun project because every row was different. ?Some people complain about how boring the edging was, but it was super easy to do in front of the tv! ??

  • Lie on your back with your arms out in the 't' position and knees bent. breath in deeply and push your butt up and your shoulders and neck into the floor. Hold the stretch and breath out slowly. Release. Repeat as necessary.

That yogo move is supposed to release tension in your upper back and neck.

  • Thanks, I will try that, justgnat!
