If one more person...

asks me if I'm still pregnant I'm going to scream!!!!  I have 4 more shifts left at work before my FMLA kicks in and today they threw a little baby shower for me at work...sweet, I know.  But people I haven't seen in months kept coming by (and eating the food that they didn't chip in for) and the first thing they'd say was, "so you're still pregnant?".  One actually asked me, not once, not twice, not even 4 times, but SIX times!!!!  AAAAAHHH!!!  Yes you freak'n morans, I'm still pregnant, I'm only 38 weeks.  It's not like I'm not anxious, I really don't need all my coworkers pointing it out!  I just wanted to tell them that they don't need to make small talk with me, just eat the free food and move on!  And, no I didn't say you could rub my belly! 

Thanks for letting me vent!

    ah! I totally understand, EVERYDAY I go in everyone when they see me is like omg you are still here!!!  or you didnt have that baby yet! I wanna be like yup I had him last night and I am still here with a big stomach! grrr

    oh I totally get it!  I was a work the other day and one of our OB/GYN docs looks at me and says and I quote "your still pregnant, what are you an elephant!"  Um #1 I'm only 35 weeks, #2 your a freakin doc in this business so hello! and #3 yeah I get it I'm huge and trust me I feel it and I'm ready for this to end as well! Angry
