Moms: Bloody booger anything to worry about?

I think I just found a couple of bloody boogers under Cal's nose.  Now, if this were me I woudn't think anything of it, especially in the dry winter season.  I assume that's all it is for him too.  Should I just leave it be and assume that's the cause, or does this warrant a call to the dr?

  • It sounds fine and normal.  I would just turn on the humidifier and keep him cool.  We get lots of those here!

  • Campbell had that today too after a nap.  We happened to go to the pediatrician's office for her Synagis shot today anyway, so I asked the nurse and she said it's probably just the dry air..  She said to use the humidifier and use the saline drops to help moisturize the nasal passages.
