that has water delivered? Seriously, I have never drank tap water at home. The only place I will is at my parents cabin in the mountains. The water is gross here.

I also will only drink certain brands of bottled water. I think Arrowhead tastes like dirt.

we use a Pur water filter and pitcher. I avoid plain tap water.

And some bottles of water taste likeass.

I use our PUR filter and we buy cases of water. I won't drink just plain tap though.

My brother and his wife are like this and I have a friend who will not drink certain brands either.

Hubs and I though are totally low key -- makes no difference to us whatsoever.

Tap water does taste different depending on where you live. Have you tried a filter on your sink? If we had crappy water that wasn't evenly filtered then I would have big jugs delivered too.

How much would you save if you just installed a filtration system?

Ours has all the bells and whistles and it was 1300 all together. DH bought all the parts and installed it himself. A company would have done it and ripped us off for like 8 grand, but luckily he is handy.

(that's for a neutralizer-i think for ph balance, softener due to the hardness, black light for i dont know what, and reverse osmosis for i also dont know what.)

I dunno we usually spend around 40 dollars a month on the water delivery. Not too bad and it's always ready and waiting on the porch. That's the way it was growing up, so I guss I'm just used to it.

If I lived in your area or the west I probably would too. A college friend of mine lives just outside Vegas and their water is crap too. I've never lived in an area that had bad water though. I drink tap water at my house, but if I buy bottled it's ONLY SmartWater or Evian. So I guess that does make me kind of high maintenance.

Aquafina tastes like raw broccoli to me... *gag*.

No. I am too....and so it DH apparently....it was his idea to get the water softener/filter in one. It set us back about $2000 but has well worth it. The water tastes so much better and I don't get rust in my hair anymore. The water where we live is gross.

We don't have it delivered, but if it's not filtered I won't drink it, even at restaraunts I'm funny about it. At home we use the brita filter, the cat even gets that water. And I'll only drink certain brands of bottled water.

I don't have it delivered but I will only drink Poland Springs. And I agree with one of the pp's, our filter is for cooking and the dogs.

I honestly have never heard of having bottled water delivered!

Louisville has the third best tap water in the country, so I just drink tap water all the time. I try not to drink bottled water because they're not very eco-friendly ...

It comes in the big 8 gallon jugs, and we have a water cooler. They are super common here. Most people I know have it delivered.

We used to have it delivered a few years ago. Now we have a water filter system on our refridgerator and drink that water.

I think it's a symptom of being Californian. Nobody (even in NorCal where I am) drinks tap water. Even at the cabin in the mountains it took some getting used to and I know that's straight from a spring.

We're just too close to Mexico to risk it... lol.
