Does anyone have the BOB Ironman Duallie? I'm a pretty serious runner and have the Ironman single-just wondering if it's worth it for the duallie. I'm not sure how much serious running I'll be doing with two, so maybe the Sport Utility or even the Revolution duallie would be better?
Thanks! And if you do have the Ironman duallie, do you have another, more compact stroller for the mall, etc.? Any recommendations? I can't imagine dragging the BOB (no matter which model), to the mall. They'll be 23 months apart, so I don't think I can get away with not having a double for mall trips.
Re: Stroller help: BOB Duallies
I only have 1 kid right now so not sure if this will be of any help or not. I REALLY wanted the BOB revolution when I was pregnant. I ended up finding a Baby Jogger for a great price on craigs list. I am so happy I got that one. DS was so small that I never got to use it last year and I am hoping that I will get more use out of it this year with him.
My brother and SIL have a burley that they use for running and biking with both of their kids. Then for the mall they have a sit and stand double stroller.
hi!
I have a Revolution right now and I love it. I bring it everywhere, to the mall, to the bookstore, whereever, I have never had a problem with it. Now that #3 is on the way I am getting a Double Bob, but still keeping the single. I won't be able to jog with Sprout for awhile, but I can with Josephine. I will use the double Bob for trips to the mall (which are far and few between, I hate the mall), but I esp want it for the weekend trips we take to go hiking and take the dogs to the park.
How much do you hang out at the mall? And you could always get one of those boards that attach to the back of a single Bob for your older child, just some thoughts. Good luck!
DH and I are runners and outdoorsy people in general and we decided on the Bob Duallie. I haven't purchased it yet (#2 goes in the sling for outings right now and outdoor running/walking with the kids isn't happening now b/c it is 3 degrees).
I haven't run as much as I used to in the last 2-3 years b/c I have been PG most of the time so DH pushing 35-40 pounds of kids will be his "handicap"so I can keep up once the weather warms up!!!!
