pain in fingers?

I use to have it a lot in the cold weather worse since I am nursing. It is sharp I feel it all down my arm and my fingers lots in my elbow. I have had lots of back/chest pain that I am associating w/nursing . Heavy breasts/bad posture I assume. Anyone else deal w/this?

    I am getting that finger pain too.  I thought it was from too much typing on my laptop w/ not enough wrist support.  Also, like you, even tho I'm not nursing/pumping anymore, I notice if I am playing on the floor with DD or am looking down at her alot while giving her a bottle or just not sitting up correctly during the day, I go to bed with a terrible tension headache from my shoulders/neck being so sore.  Sorry, I don't know what to do about it, but just wanted to let you know your not alone.
