What would you buy YOURSELF?

My mom and sister got me a purse for Christmas that I thought I really wanted, but after trying to use it for a day or two I realized it just wasn't practical for me. I returned it today and got $130 - cash :) Now, we have no money, and the practical part of me wants to pay bills with the money, but moms said she'd beat me, so I have to spend it on myself - nothing for the kiddos either.
 
It has been so long since I spent money like this on myself. I don't know what to get. I'm looking for inspiration. If you had this cash, what would your selfish splurge be?

    Hair cut and highlights.  I haven't had a hair cut since the end of August and my last highlights were in May.

    Hmmmmm.  Do you need a nice new pair of jeans, dress, or clothes?  Perfume?  I need new bed linens and pillows desperately, but never want to spend the cash.

    A spa day is always nice, but it's not tangible.

    Definitely a spa day. If you want something more tangible, maybe some new clothes. I still vote for spa day though Yes

    I'd hire a maid to clean the house, our house needs to be cleaned in the worst way, and I don't want to do it.

    Easy:  A long deep tissue massage and to stay sleeping on the massage table for the rest of the day uninterrupted.

    Shoes!!

    I found myself in a similar situation this week. ?I headed to the mall today and bought an adorable pair of brown leather boots...the kind you can tuck jeans into...I didn't want to buy other types of clothes because I'm hoping to lose 15 pounds and don't want to buy things that will (hopefully!) be too big in a few months. ?But cute shoes will always fit!

    spa day... or jeans (although I want to lose weight before I get those .. hehe) or maybe a new piece of camera equipment (I'm a nerd like that).

    I haven't bought anything for myself in forever.... sigh

    massage, shoes, new haircut (obviously not all 3...just giving you options!)

    Also, if you don't already own one, a really hot, expensive pair of jeans (7 For All Mankind, etc.) is a great thing to have!?

    Definitely clothes.

    And just to make you all jealous - DH is a certified massage therapist.  And now that I think of it, it's been a really long time since he's given me a massage.  I'll have to take care of that this weekend.

    Spa Day or

    A housekeeper for a day or

    A fabulous pair of $130 jeans (if you can find a pair of $200 jeans on sale for $130 even better!).  I swear expensive jeans make your ass look fantastic!

    I am a little more practical but I really would buy The Magic Bullet.  I want one so so bad to make baby food with. :-)

    That's a great idea!!  I am wearing some sorry bras and undies these days....

    my dad gave me cash for christmas and I laughingly told DH that I was NOT spending it on food or anything for the babies. ?I ended up spending some of it on groceries since the unreliable unemployment payment didn't make it to my account on time, but the rest I spent on a 6-month gym membership. ?Best thing ever - DH encourages it, I get out of the house from 8-10pm 3x a week, and I lost most of the baby weight.

    I'd get a housecleaning service to clean the house, hire a babysitter, and drive down to Foxwoods with DH! (Not that I'm a big gambler, but I want to check out the casino's new MGM Grand addition).  Or, I'd take a daytrip to Ikea and spend it there.
