Car seat sliding on leather seats???

We just installed our Roundabout and while the LATCH connections are tight, the seat slides a bit at the back. ?Our infant seat base didn't budge a millimeter but we can't seem to get this one the same. ?I think I've heard about this problem being caused by the leather seats, but I don't know if there's anything you can do about it. ?Any ideas? ?Any tips for getting it tight (using LATCH)?

    ours has a little arm underneath you pop out to help stabilize it.HTH!

    It needs to be tighter, then it won't do that. We have leather seats and the Britax Marathon and it doesn't budge. The police department installed it.

    Would one of those rubber seat protector things help?  DH insisted on buying one, I think it would be more useful for preventing sliding than actually protecting the seats...JMO.  We got it at BRU.
