Is this positive??

I have PCOS but I have 3 children - 2 from fertility meds to induce ovulation and one surprise baby. Me and my husband don’t prevent but I don’t track and haven’t had a period in about 3 months. I felt like my hormones have hit rock bottom recently and have considered going on some type of birth control just to feel less blah/depleted but haven’t gotten to it yet as I want another baby and I think sooner than later. Something inside me made me take a pregnancy test yesterday and now I’m going crazy to figure out if it’s true! I got the indicaid brand but after the fact read bad reviews. So I got cvs bran and areta brand. What do these look like to you??
