Possible twins or vanishing twin please any advise or success stories

I’m currently in my 7th week of pregnancy , we went for our first ultrasound on exactly 7 weeks. <div>
</div><div>Being so nervous after a late missed miscarriage last year at 13 weeks pregnant. </div><div>

</div><div>Now in the ultrasound we saw a baby with a healthy heart beat which I’m so grateful for - but next to bubs was another gestational sack that had what looked like nothing in it. I’ve been more nauseated that any of my pregnancies just been so sick to the point if being bed ridden. I’m seeing my doctor tomorrow to see what she said . However during the ultrasound the sonogrpher had no idea what she was looking at all I got out if her was it’s another sack. </div><div>
</div><div>Is there in the slightest chance another baby may be in there ? She looked for about 5 mins but couldn’t see anything , I don’t think has had much experience and may still be in training so I’ve been left with no answers. </div>
