September 2026 Babies

Being pregnant with twins

This is my second pregnancy. First pregnancy was a singleton. My first born will be 4 this summer. I’m due in September with the twins and I’m just stressed about the upcoming change and I’m trying to find other moms who relate. I’m trying to enjoy this pregnancy, especially given that I want it to be my last. Three and done pretty much.

I don't have twins myself, just one little boy over here. But your post really hit me. The stress of an upcoming change, especially when you already have a little one at home, is so real. I remember before my son was born, I kept spiraling about "how am I going to handle this?" and honestly, the anticipation was harder than the reality.
You're doing something amazing, and it's okay to not feel purely "enjoying" every second of this pregnancy. Just getting through it is enough.
One thing that helped me when I was feeling completely drained and anxious during my pregnancy (and even after) was making sure I wasn't running on empty nutritionally. I started taking a daily multivitamin again. I took the ones from this brand called Baby Blues Multivitamins and I felt like I was doing something good for my body when my brain was a mess. It didn't fix everything, but it helped with the exhaustion and brain fog.
You're not alone. September will come, and you'll surprise yourself with how strong you are. Sending you so much love. 💛
