Here's a thread for ideas for your announcement! Let's help each other come up with ideas that suit them.

My husband and I want to do something cute but with a sense of humour. This is our first and we are due September 1. Thinking we will announce in March but don't want to make it about St. Patty's Day. We are calling our baby "Bean" for now so we were thinking something about spilling the beans with the positive test and a cute onesie, but we are open to other ideas!

Other thoughts include a onesie that says "Bookworm in training" that I can put on my belly while sitting in my home library.

Such a cute idea. I love that you are making it more personal to baby’s current nickname. I would definitely go with the bean idea. Maybe make them coffee beans if ya’ll are coffee lovers? We likely are keeping it simple this time around. This little one is number 3 for us. We will probably do a cute family picture at home with a bump debut. I am thinking maybe closer to April.

This is my second pregnancy so I do not think I will announce on social media. As of right now my best friend, my very close work family, and my husband know. After my first appointment I will share with family and my children.

I found the cutest “big sis” sweater for our little 20 month old.
once we are ready to share, I’ll probably have some family photos taken with the group of us and her wearing the sweater. We live by the beach and when I had a maternity shoot for our first baby, we had pictures taken on the beach with our dogs so I’m imagining a similar setup but this time with a toddler!

I am due September 29th and I will probably be sharing on social media in April, once we’ve had the chance to tell both of our close family and friends.
We’ve nicknamed the baby Gummy Bear so will probably incorporate gummy bears into the picture somehow, maybe gummy bears surrounding an ultrasound photo or something like that
