Managing stress in first trimester

Just got my first positive pregnancy test! Excited but also nervous about something going wrong before I get to the first prental appointment (in 4 weeks..) Does anyone have advice on how to calm nerves in the first few weeks after a positive test?

  • It’s completely normal to feel excited and nervous at the same time. What helps is shrinking your focus: instead of worrying about the whole pregnancy, remind yourself, “Right now, everything is okay.” Try limiting symptom-checking and Google spirals, and give your nervous system something calming each day. slow breathing, short walks, or a quiet wind-down routine at night.
    I like having a cup of Relax Calm Tea in the evening as a gentle way to unwind. Small daily rituals can make the waiting feel more manageable.
