Pregnant + Lovenox blood thinner

Anyone pregnant/was pregnant while on Lovenox? I just got a positive pregnancy test and this is my first pregnancy on Lovenox due to have a mechanical aortic valve. Just wanting to see what pregnancy is like on this medicine or if anyone is on the same boat as me.

    I am also on Lovonox. I had a mmc last year and through that found 2 clotting factors. So far it's going just fine. My only side effect is the bruising!

    I was on Lovenox as part of my IVF protocol. I'm only 3 months now but all I had was bruising.
