Tips for managing nausea?

I'm 6.5 weeks, first timer. I haven't thrown up at all, but I have been getting small waves of nausea here and there for a few days. They generally subside on their own and I have started keeping saltine crackers with me at all times. My friend gave me the tip of never letting myself get hungry, but I have a hard time eating unless I actually feel hungry!

What are your go-to tricks for managing nausea? Especially at work.

Ask your doctor to prescribe you Diclectin. I could not survive without it. Edit: I just noticed how old your post is, so hopefully you got some relief!
  • My nausea comes in waves not always intense but I found that opening a lavender essential oil bottle and sniffing it helps with the nausea. So I’m going to get a nausea essential oil inhaler so I can have it on me at work when I need it.
  • I try to eat a couple crackers before I even get up and sipping cold water seems to help also. My sister in law told me to try Pink Stork Organic Peppermint Sweets and they work for me! I got them on Amazon.
