  You should call your doctor's office if you haven't yet, they will order blood work and maybe even an ultrasound to see if all is well.
  My first pregnancy had spotting starting around week 7, and unfortunately I miscarried before I could be seen in week 9. But I've been told you can spot for many reasons besides MCs. Your cervix is sensitive during pregnancy, so sex or even a vaginal ultrasound can cause spotting. I hope all is well!

  My understanding is that some spotting is normal. But it's always a good idea to call your doctor just to make sure!
