Food Aversions and Protein

Ideas for protein in the first trimester? Having so many food aversions but want to keep blood sugar balanced. And I’m too tired to prep anything elaborate!

  • Me too! I found that mixing unflavored collagen peptides protein powder (blue container from Costco) in with a craving has been extremely helpful. Lately for me that has been nesquick strawberry milk 😂 You can also mix it into box Mac n cheese as it’s unflavored.
