Blood thinners + pregnancy

Anyone pregnant/was pregnant while on Lovenox? I just got a positive pregnancy test and this is my first pregnancy on Lovenox due to have a mechanical aortic valve. Just wanting to see what pregnancy is like on this medicine or if anyone is on the same boat as me.

    Yes! I had a blood clot a couple years ago so I’m on it but will soon be switching to heparin as I get closer to my due date. I really struggled with it because I hated the injections but find a show or reels you can watch to distract yourself- it helps a ton! I still feel normal aside from the usual pregnancy feeling lol 
    depending on how you want to labor (medicated or not) ask your doctor how the lovenox will affect labor and such (:
