App/tracker for feedings, poops, etc.

Hi all, my wife and I just had our first baby. We were in the hospital for five days, and they asked a lot of questions about what time did he last eat, how much, how many stools, diaper changes, etc. We were both so tired and out of it, that tracking the whole thing was a major chore. They had this whiteboard for us to use... And sometimes, especially in the middle of the night, we'd just forget.
Anyway, I got home and made this. This isn't a solicitation. There aren't even terms of service or any of that. (There is a log in, just so that the data is saved somewhere.) I just thought I'd just share it for anyone who could benefit from this kind of thing. We use it to track our son's feedings and diaper changes, and my wife's pumping times and times she took her meds — thought I'd share it with the community, in case anyone else could benefit from it.

Thank you to anyone who can help me, this is my last roadblock before it is able to be added to the Play store.
