Upcoming appointments: I see my OB on 11/17 and can’t wait!!! I always get a little nervous between appointments

How are you feeling?: Generally doing okay! still tired and randomly nauseous. And I’m so emotional it’s amusing to me.

Rants/Raves: preggie drops are still my fav. I just got a bunch of maternity clothes from my sister but I’m definitely going to have to supplement with some other stuff soon. I am kind of between sizes and so things are too tight or too loose and it’s really annoying.

Questions: nothing at the moment!

How are you feeling?: really good, mostly just tired

Rants/Raves: Rant: I can’t get my 16 month old to accept any milk except breastmilk (he’s allergic to cows milk, so I’m trying dairy-free milks only). This has me really concerned because my milk supply has dropped a lot since getting pregnant. I can’t help but feel some mom guilt over it. Rave: I’m announcing my pregnancy to my coworkers in a couple days (the second pregnancy really is harder to hide!), and I’m excited to share the news. They were all so happy and super supportive when I announced my first.

How are you feeling?: I still sometimes feel bleh from nausea. I'm also sick right now thanks to my toddler. Congestion is the worrrrrst.

Rants/Raves: made it to the 2nd trimester woohoo! We finally told my brother and sister and they were all excited! Time to figure out boy names.

Questions: how do you fall in love with boy names? Because I have the hardest time finding a boy name I not only like but would also want to use for my kid. I think we might use my dad's name for his middle but we can't agree on a first name.

@inthewoods23 I really struggle with boy names too. I want to choose a name I won’t regret using in the future, so for me, that means the name needs to have some significant meaning. I was trying to think of family names, where my husband and I met for the first time, the birthstone of an important person in our lives, etc. sometimes I just use the letters of someone/thing important to come up with a new name. Hope some of these ideas help!

Upcoming appointments: Just had one, have to wait another month for the next one.

How are you feeling?: I'm still nauseous but at least it's not as bad as with my first. I've only taken anti emetics about once a week to give myself a break. I've been a little crampy and achey for a few days but the scan looked good this week.

Rants/Raves: Rave: Spouse took the toddler out today and gave me a couple hours to relax completely after work. I kind of feel like a bad mom for being so tired but it was really really nice. I sat in the quiet and read a book from the Shopaholic series. Kiddo gave me the biggest hug when he got home too which melted my heart. ❤️

How are you feeling?: so much better! But tired.

Rants/Raves: Rants: Still can't do texture of pork but that was normal even before pregnancy! Also so annoyed I'm so far along and MH doesn't want to tell anyone, even my mom who lives upstairs and knows I'm sure. Also, why am I soooooo busy at work when I'm soooooo tired? Rave - had a lovely date night with MH last night but it was the first time I wasn't with my son during bedtime and he cried for 45 mins cause I wasn't there.
