Is anyone else taking unisom for sleep? It's honestly been very helpful, especially in the rough weeks of the first trimester. I asked the doctor and nurse if it's safe (they are the ones that recommended it) and they said I could take it throughout the pregnancy. I wanted to double check here if you all had heard the same thing!

    Yep it’s great! I took half a tablet for 4 weeks straight and it stopped the nausea in its tracks and helped me sleep. It’s a category A medicine for pregnancy, meaning no risks associated with it.

    I've been taking it too but it does make me way drowsier in the mornings.
