My 9mo baby has never sleep through the night 😴

My baby is 9mo now and I have not been able to get her to sleep through the night ever. I know at this age its normal for them to wake up a couple of times through the night but she is waking up every 1-1.5hrs every night and I am exhausted. She only takes one 2-3 hour nap during the day but I don't think thats sleeping too much during the day time to the point she is up so much at night. I take her a warm bath, turn off all the lights and turn on a white noise machine to try to help. I have also made sure she eats a lot through the day and has a final meal 30min-1hr before bed so she can be full but nothing seems to work. Please help!

    There’s a sleep regression that takes place during this age. Likely that. You can typically attribute poor sleep to illness, teething or development. It will end though! Hang in there!
