Re: Preeclampsia Survivors / HELPP Survivors / PTSD Birth Experiences / Maternal Health Awareness events

  • This is wonderful. Congratulations on being a survivor and sharing information about preeclampsia and HELPP syndrome. My baby and I are survivors of both. I had never heard of HELPP syndrome until I had it. My son is thankfully thriving and although he is still in NICU, he is improving daily - we thank God for this precious gift and for my health.

I wish I could join the walk but I’m in Qatar and my son is still in NICU. Perhaps next year we can travel to USA and join in the walk.

With you all in spirit on the walk!

  • “Thank you so much for sharing this, Jasmine. As a fellow preeclampsia survivor, I truly appreciate the awareness you’re helping to raise. It’s so important for us to come together, share our stories, and support one another. I’ll definitely be checking out the Promise Walk — it means a lot to see events like this uplifting our community and spreading hope.”
  •
“This is such a wonderful initiative! The Promise Walk is an amazing way to honor survivors and educate others about maternal health and hypertensive disorders. Thank you, Jasmine, for creating space for awareness and healing. I hope many moms, families, and allies come out to support both the Memphis and Atlanta walks!”
