Best Newborn Car Seat in 2025 | Parents Recommendation

I researched a best newborn car seat in 2025 for my baby, and I want to make sure I choose something safe, comfortable, and long-lasting. I checked reviews on websites like BabyGearLab, What to Expect, The Bump, and Consumer Reports, and I noticed that these two car seats are highly recommended:

 Chicco KeyFit  Max Infant Car Seat Base

 Graco SnugRide Lite LX Infant Car Seat

 Both look really good in terms of safety, ease of installation, and comfort, but I am not sure which one would be the better choice for daily use and travel.Has anyone here used either of these? Which one would you recommend as the Best Newborn Car Seat for 2025? Any tips or personal experiences would mean a lot.thanks in advance!

    I had the Graco infant one for my one older child and got it again this time. Its light and easy to latch ect. I had a chicco but not sure if was the same model, it was harder to unlatch from the base and didn't fit the grocery store cart.

    We used the Chicco KeyFit Max for our baby, and it’s been amazing — super easy to install and feels very secure. The padding is soft, and our little one always seems comfy, even on longer drives. I’ve also heard great things about the Graco SnugRide, especially for travel since it’s lighter. You can often find both new and gently used options if you’re browsing local listings — just make sure to verify details and safety dates if you buy secondhand (you can always check how to contact Craigslist support if you run into any issues there).
