Formula Intake?

My baby girl is 10 weeks today. 

She averages about 3.5 oz every 3-4 hours. She is EFF. Has mild reflux on Famotidine. She SOMETIMES will take 4 oz or 5 oz. But more or less only 3.5 oz. Anyone else experiencing this? Her doctor is happy with her weight gain and her percentiles. She is not fussy and is having multiple wet diapers. 

Just concerned since they say they should be up to 4-5 oz a feed.

    All babies are different honestly. As long as she is gaining weight and there aren’t any problems I would say keep doing what you are doing. She’s getting what she needs and if she needs more than she will let you know. I have an almost 3 month old who drinks 4 oz every 4 hours. We just got to 4 oz otherwise we were doing three till last week. Follow your LOs lead.
