Family surrogacy/parental rights

Hello all !

I am infertile and my sister has graciously offered to carry a baby for me and my husband. However I have no viable eggs. She would be using her own eggs and my husbands sperm.

My question is has anyone had a family member be their surrogate ? And how difficult or costly was the legal process.
