Anyone else feel a jolt across pelvis

I’m 7w2d and was in the kitchen prepping food when I got this weird sensation. It felt electric, like a jolt across my pelvis. It only lasted a second and made me gasp it caught me so off guard. Waited and nothing else happened. 5 mins later happened again. And then a 3rd time a half hour later. Is this from stretching as I’m moving around or reaching into cabinets? I’m reading things about lightning crotch or round ligament pain but is it too early for that? I know my uterus is growing and all the hormones are high but just looking for an explanation or if anyone else has experienced anything like this. It didn’t feel crampy, it was literally like a jolt of electricity!

    I had something similar around 7-8 weeks too. I was sitting back and sneezed and had a huge bolt down my left pelvic side, it felt so odd! But it lasted maybe 30 seconds and went away. When I told the PA about it they confirmed it was just round ligament pain.
    I wouldn't stress too much about it, if it doesn't last too long or cause any other serious issues (Migraines, bleeding) it's probably just you growing!

    6w6d and feeling the same! For reference I've been lightly cramping since testing positive (OB so far is not concerned about it). In the last 2 days it's been a sharp pain on the lower left and right side and seems to align with round ligament pain. Only lasts a few seconds and have not experienced bleeding but still, super scary as a first time expecting mom!
