Brethe Easy Baby mattress vs Newton

Has anyone tried the Breathe Easy Baby crib mattress? I don't see a lot of media or advertisement on it like the Newton.  After reviewing the two it seems the Breathe Easy Baby would be more practical.

    Ive been using the newton for a while now and it's held up better than I expected. I love I can wash core too (no mold, no weird smells) and it's still firm. If I had to buy again, I’d probably just go with it again out of familiarity at this point.
