Not everyone gets morning sickness with their pregnancy. I'm on my fourth pregnancy and my symptoms have been different for each one. I've had first trimesters that have been miserable and others where I've had barely any symptoms.
My advice would be to focus on staying healthy and positive rather than symptoms you are or are not experiencing. If you start having symptoms and feelings really sick I'd bring it up to your doctor to see if there's anything they could recommend to get you some relief but not having major pregnancy symptoms wouldn't be something I'd worry about. As usual though, if anything is making you anxious or uncomfortable during your pregnancy, calling your doctor about it is best, even if just to put your mind at ease.
Every pregnancy is different, so don’t worry if you’re not vomiting. I’ve had 3 kids, all healthy pregnancies, and I never experienced vomiting at all. Some women only get mild nausea, some start later, and others don’t get it at all. As long as you’re feeling okay otherwise and taking care of yourself, it’s nothing to stress about.
