Anyone else having an issue with drinking water? Before I was pregnant, I was drinking at least 80 oz of water per day and it didn’t matter the temp. Now, the water has to be chilled just so, in a glass container, with ice in order for me to drink it. Otherwise I’m forcing it down and I feel like I’m going to throw it back up. Suffice it to say, my body isn’t used to running off 30-60 oz of water per day but I drive a lot for work so my craving of the perfect water conditions aren’t attainable during the day. I’ve tried plastic, stainless steel, insulated etc to get as close as I can but nothing works.
Any help would be appreciated. I know we’re all going through weird cravings, but this one is a doozy for me haha.
