Does anyone have any recommendations on what to do when baby has baby acne? I’m a FTM & not sure what to do ): my baby is 3 weeks old

I used Tubby Todd All Over Ointment after bath time and saw improvement within 24hrs. I’m not sure if what we had was acne or heat rash though!
