My sister swears by Aveeno products so that's what I plan to use! 10 years later and she still uses a lot of them for herself lol. For the rest I'm kind of winging it at this point so any thoughts from you experienced moms would be great š
@butterflyhunny Yesss to Aveeno baby products! They're the best.
We used this baby tub:Ā https://a.co/d/iRJIqLdĀ It can be used for newborns all the way up to toddlers, which worked great! We used it until my son was about 14 months until we transitioned him to the big tub. So any baby tub like it would be a good choice!
We also have this bath thermometer which helped with peace of mind that the water wasn't too hot:Ā https://a.co/d/hewMi0o
Honestly, bath time has turned into one of my favorite parts of the day with my little one. In the beginning I overthought every detailāinfant tub vs. sink, which shampoo is gentle enough, how many towels I really needābut now Iāve kind of found my rhythm. I keep a few soft washcloths on hand, and bath toys definitely keep things fun once theyāre old enough to notice them. For shampoo/conditioner, Iāve even tried some of my own stuff when I ran out of baby wash once. I use spoiledchild for myself, and I was surprised how gentle it actually feels compared to other brands. Of course, I stick to the baby soap for my little one most of the time, but it was kind of nice realizing my own products arenāt harsh either.
