Anyone else’s hips start popping out or giving out

I’ve always had sensitive hips but being referred to physical therapy since my hips have starting clicking, and popping and trying to seize and give out completely. I’m 14w it’s sooo early to be dealing with hip things just wondering if anyone is the same

    17w My hips have been so sore especially now side sleeping. The soreness and pain comes around to my glutes too. I've been walking every two hours and just getting more mobile. I'm gonna try this video out.

    20 weeks or before is when my hips started giving me trouble. They did the last 4 pregnancies.  I have found a chiropractor that helps alot. Other then that walking.

    My hip popped the other day when I got up from the couch!  
    I’m 13w5d and it definitely surprised me. I know my dr was saying everything will get a bit more loose and to be careful I don’t hyperextend anything. Maybe that’s part of it?
