Working while pregnant

Is anyone else really struggling with staying focused and getting through the workday (feeling emotional, feeling tired, having a million thoughts going through your head, would rather be scrolling baby names, etc)?

I was like that with my first, I even fell asleep sitting up at my desk a few times on accident because of the exhaustion. When I had times where it was slow I would look at baby things I simply couldn’t help myself lol.
