  That’s super exciting! Wishing you a smooth delivery (if you haven’t delivered already)! Just a little reminder to give your hospital bag one last check—it helped me feel more  when I did mine! Here’s what I packed when I had my third baby just last year and found super handy:

  • Valid IDs & documents

  • Phone & charger

  • 2–3 loose, comfy outfits + your going-home outfit

  • Nursing bra (if breastfeeding) / Bottles (if formula-feeding)

  • Slippers, socks, toiletries

  • Maternity & nursing pads, hot/cold packs (I used the New Beginnings Hospital Bag Kit!)

  • 3–4 baby outfits, diapers, wipes, swaddles, change mat

  • Extra clothes for companion

  • Snacks & water

  • Laundry bag

  good luck - whatever happens take it one moment at a time.  lots of changes are coming, but you can do it one day at a time.  Praying for a your delivery and the first few months of adjustment
