  Buy the pillow. Just…..buy the pillow. My DH had a love hate relationship with my pregnancy pillow. When he could steal it, he loved it; when it was taking up all the space he hated it. Even the dog would steal it. Trust me, buy the pillow. 

  
  

  Stretch marks are genetic but stretching skin itches. You do not need a super fancy lotion but moisturizing is your friend. Like every day. Also if you have a skin condition (like eczema it may get worse) check those lotions and creams because a lot have steroids and I think are a no no. 

  
  

  Check your face and body wash, some things aren’t safe and should be changed out. 

  
  

  If you got icked out by raw meat and weird sensations before it will most likely get worse. Buy some food safe gloves. Probably some for cleaning as well. 

  
  

  Keep a couple garbage bags or barf bags in your car if you spend a decent amount of time in it. I threw up in a garbage bag draped over my steering wheel while on the freeway stuck in rush hour traffic with my first. Keep trial size mouth wash on you too. 

  
  

  Later on - keep a change of bottoms in your car for the pee/sneezes. An extra towel too. 

  
  

  I keep sanitizing wipes in my purse at all times, after pumping gas, for shopping carts. Your immune system is lower and you can and will get colds/sick easier. 

  
  

  Maxi dresses are 200% your friend, you can make pre pregnancy pants go fairly far with bands and hair ties if you want, also if you know and moms that are out of the baby game and same size they will probably  give you their maternity stuff. It really doesn’t get worn for long and is great for passing on. 

  
  

  I’m sure there is more, thats some advice as a third time high risk momma. Pick and choose at will what advice works for you.

  Hi all! FTM here. Wondering if there’s some universal / “knock off” accessories for strollers? Mainly the cup holder, maybe umbrella attachment, etc. off Amazon perhaps?? Please let me know if you’ve tried anything generic and what worked (or didn’t!). If it helps, I have my eyes on a Mima Xari or a Silver Cross Wave or Reef. Thank you all in advance!

  I’ve had good luck with universal cup holders and hooks from Amazon—just double-check the clamp sizing for the Mima or Silver Cross. Also found some surprising ideas while browsing sites like menumiegacoan.com. Curious to hear what you end up using!
