7 weeks here with my first. I loved working out from my living room pre pregnancy doing Pilates, strength, soulcycle, and running but I’m scared to continue doing any of those. I do well following online classes, any suggestions on fitness apps that are pregnancy safe?

Generally, you're fine continuing workouts which you've already been doing. I've known women who attended kickboxing classes up to the day they went into labor. As the baby bump gets bigger, some runner moms have found certain belly support belts helpful so that they can comfortably keep running.
Myself, I continued weightlifting through a pregnancy. I listened to my body. Some days I needed more breaks than others. Some days I had to back off on what I was doing.
Just remind yourself that your body was designed for this, carrying, growing, and birthing a child. Women have been doing this for generations and, until fairly recently, without the technological and medical advances available to us today.
There are a lot of opinions out there on EVERYTHING. Read and research from all different viewpoints then make your own decisions based on what you consider an acceptable level of risk for yourself.
