Having bathroom accidents

So today I am 33 weeks and 3 days. I'm also 39yrs old and on my 5th baby. Last baby was 10 yrs ago. I needed to go pee so I started walking to the bathroom. I didn't make it! It all just came out. I couldn't stop it or anything. It made me scared thinking my water broke by how it happened but I'm not contracting and when I did make it to the bathroom, nothing came out. So conclusion, I peed on myself. I feel so embarrassed. Who else is having these same issues? Because right now I feel overwhelmed and have no one to talk to.

    I’m sorry to heat that. I had urinary incontinence with my third and now with my fourth as well. I even had fecal incontinence the other day, but at least in the bathroom! I definitely think having had that many children otherwise—absolutely zero judgment, it’s just how the body tends to me with subsequent babies is my understanding—could be a factor.

    But yeah I do understand how it can be embarrassing. Best of luck to you! 💕
